Christina is currently serving as Director of Medical Staff Services for Southern Hills Hospital and Medical Center in Las Vegas, NV. Christina’s career encompasses over 25 years in healthcare and practice management.  After receiving her M.B.A. from Rensselear and completing Interagency Auditor Training, she managed a federal Management Evaluation and Internal Review Program for the department of the Navy.  She transferred into the private sector where her knowledge of regulatory agencies, the accreditation process, audit and compliance, and quality improvement were a sought after commodity.  After 8+ years as an hospital-based Administrator, Christina began a consulting business offering Organizational Development, Technology, Accreditation and Quality Improvement services to a varied customer base.  Christina was part of an inaugural team, opening a new HCA hospital here in Las Vegas.  In December 2004, she obtained dual certification from the National Association of Medical Staff Services and joined a very select group certificated professionals nationwide. Over the past decade, Christina has partnered with Marv on many business development projects.  Her organizational and communication abilities make significant contributions to maintaining the integrity of the business and strengthening customer relations for Success Group.
