Success Group currently offers the following Member programs:

	Program	Overview
	VAR-Reseller-Distributor:	Distribute and integrate hardware and software solutions for businesses worldwide and cooperate with other coalition members in developing and integrating new secure and system enhancement solutions.
	ISV -Software Developers:	Cooperate with other coalition members by providing software solutions and applications that meet the demands and needs of their global clients. In addition, these members are developing new technology solutions and enhancements by embedding, via (API) Application Program Interfaces, their software solutions into hardware, devices, operating systems and applications allowing diverse platforms to interface.
	Alliance Members:	Provide a variety of services to Members and customers including the latest hardware and device solutions that protect and improve the performance of enterprise systems worldwide. Most Success Group Members are IBM Business Partners and provide hardware and software solutions on all IBM and other platforms.
	Professional Services and Training:	Provide a wide array of specialized services for a wide range of installation, integration, and application implementations, training and consulting for enterprise-wide solutions.

Level 1 When a member is involved in the presales - post sales and maintenance of the customers- provides Level 1

Distributor support and certifies technical staff to software provider standards

Level 2 When a Member brings another Member into a customer and engages in the initial pre-sales process, another

Teaming Member may provide Level 1 support

Level 3 When a Member refers a lead to another Member and does not engage in the sales process, another Member

Referral may provide Level 1 support
