TSG's Partner Program Process

  • Assignment of an TSG Regional Director to work with on a day-to-day basis.
  • Meet with Executives /Practice / Sales Leaders to assess the value effectiveness of current business partnerships/alliances.
  • Collaborate with Executives /Practice/ Sales Leaders to establish requirements for new business partnerships/alliances and identify market and customer needs.
  • Develop an internal process and documentation tools to identify markets, and partner/alliances
  • Research and qualify potential business partners/alliances in the international marketplace.
  • Lead contract negotiations with potential business partners/alliances
  • Act as the final arbiter in any contract disputes. 
  • Develop and implement the business processes ensure success of all partnerships.
